Thank you to staff and Dr Saunders for seeing Abby on short notice. Everyone is always friendly and considerate to me, Abby and Max. Front area staff always takes time to greet both of our furry family members. Petersen pet hospital is the only place I will take Abby and Max, plus the techs there are the only ones allowed to trim their nails. (The only way I will leave either overnight is with a 24 hr. attendant.) Thank you also for always calling to check on Abby or Max if seen for other than annual checkup. That follow up call shows you care for the continued good health of our furry family.

Extended office hours would be helpful. At least someone there in the mornings by 7am for making appts & dropping off pets for procedures since many people have to be to work by 8am.

I really enjoy how caring and kind Dr. McGinty is towards our pet as well as our family. He always takes the time to listen, and encourage--I appreciate that he isn t afraid to share his own experiences with us as a pet owner, as well. It s so cool to have the techs and office staff greet us with such kindness--they truly make us feel like they care about our pets as much as we do!

Wonderful staff that is very warm and welcoming. I love that they take a profile picture of the pet. Dr. McGinty was extremely kind and I could tell he actually cared for my rabbit. I have been searching for a vet like this in Cedar Rapids and have finally found one. Al and I are both happy. :)

The level of professionalism from the front desk to the back was very refreshing. Dr. Ann gave rusty and I great quality of care diagnosing his diabetes and gave us great knowledge a out what we needed to do. I appreciated everyone coming up to rusty to give him a pet and I m sure he enjoyed it as well. Very nice place. Only negative was limited parking, busy street (hard for my old man dog to cross w such a traffic flow from going potty on the grass.) And the strip mall type of building was odd to see of a vet clinic but dr. Ann had told me a new building is in the works - which I m excited to hear and see. Very pleasant experience and very surprised on prices for being a CR vet, thought I would ve had to paid double that. What I did. Thanks again dr. Ann and staff. Lynne & rusty

The staff went above and beyond to help me. They came out to help me when they saw me trying to juggle my cat carrier and a stroller. They got me in a little early and helped me get everyone back into the car. You have an excellent team!

Pippin is doing fine after his momentous flying leap back to his carrier, and then flying through the air! Wish I had had a camera. Since he was all right, it does seem pretty funny!!
