LOVE Dr Saunders and ALL the staff! Plilus as I told someone the other day...the Facebook posts make me realize that the wonderful team there IS just that. Staff & doc were very accommodating to getting Max in quick (thankfully) Loved the fact that I could send pictures through email to give you all a heads up. Appreciated the Saturday hours. I know it is not always fun to work on the weekends but we all really appreciate it when it comes to emergency situations. Thank you!

It shows that everyone who works there truly cares about the animals they are treating. Everyone was professional, courteous and respectful towards the pet owners and their questions and concerns. Most importantly the veterinarian we used (Dr. Saunders) is knowledgeable and figured out what the issue was and did an exceptional job for our pet. She will come highly recommended to our friends and family! Thank you!

The entire Petersen Pet Hospital Family was warm and welcoming throughout our visit. It was my kitten s first visit to the doctor. They treat animals with the utmost tender love and care. They take their time to thoroughly explain procedures and visit with you about any questions or concerns. I truly felt my pet was in good hands and value the service that was provided.

The staff is always great with Harvey. He doesn t associate going to the vet as a bad thing. The passion in each one of them for what they do shows and it is/was very important to us in finding the right place to take our beloved pet.

Even though they were running very late. I appreciated them starting things up in the waiting area and periodically checking in. I m always pleased with the staff but this was especially true this visit as they clearly worked well under pressure.
