I believe the care and information I receive from the providers here for Bart is probably better than the care I receive from my own PCP.

Staff not familiar with the Amazon order procedure. Received messages that were conflicting. Too much delay on waiting for inhaler; should be kept in office or nearby, especially for pets struggling to breathe. Not happy with. Never received answer why my cat was hoarse.

I think you need to restructure the way you reward paw points. I thought I would be rewarded paw points toward every purchase for services made. I didnt understand that you have to reach a $100 threshold PER VISIT. No wonder I don’t ever accrue paw points. I don’t think that is fair way to reward good patrons who come in for services less than $100. I’m rethinking coming in for my animal care.

I got a same day appointment, the tech and vet listened to my concerns and addressed each one. They didn’t try to push expensive tests- but they did tell me what was offered

I m a retired vet and don t have a lot of money. Had to take Ubers for Sweetpeas appointment and her rabies shot was expired and Dr. gave me a break. Very kind people!

This place is amazing! Dr. Coiner was great with my dog and all the staff is very friendly.

None of my concerns were answered completely I was told to go to a different treatment instead of a chiropractor so I really wonder why I paid you re consultation fees and drove almost an hour and then waited more to be seen by Dr. Tepp. Getting a report afterwards via email of what your doctor thinks was not going to help as I was expecting atleast some treatment on the spot to get some relief for my puppy. It was total waste of my time, money and expectations and I would like you to refund my consultation fees atleast?

The staff was extremely nice and friendly under a stressful time. The doctor took time to explain the issue and discuss some other concerns with much detail. The follow up call was nice to know there is true caring needs. Thank you everyone for making Tator Tot as comfortable as possible and sharing a little love while we were away.
