The staff was friendly and professional. This was our first visit to the clinic and we were impressed by the staff.

Would like greater consistency in seeing one vet. I feel like I have to explain my dog s issues every time I go. Different Vet different diagnosis.

I’m very pleased to now be bringing my second pup here and their hospitality and care was incredible!!

I did not have an appointment and was a walk-in to drop off my dog to leave to be checked by the vet for an issue my dog was experiencing. They worked me in with no problem, and the doctor called me later to explain everything in detail. They always treat my pet with excellent care and concern.

I was able to get an appointment the same day which was a relief after trying several other vets with no openings. Very helpful and caring staff.

This veterinary clinic is awesome! They are very responsive with the mobile app and just very responsive in general. We also love the veterinary staff and our little gal does as well!

The people were so kind and thoughtful. Our great Dane was nervous about the tile floors and they brought him blankets so he was more comfortable. Very kind and caring staff.

There needs to be a better way to pay for expensive treatments over 500.00. Having to pay high amounts of interest only add to an already expensive bill. I love your doctors and facilities but you are also the most expensive doctors out there.

I ve never felt as though any staff member has ever taken my pet to perform a procedure or administer treatment without my full understanding of both the treatment and its cost. Thank you.

Dr Coiner and staff were great. I was there because my Tinker was very sick and I couldn’t get her an appointment with her normal vet, had taken her to Blue Pearl in Franklin and was dissatisfied because they didn’t try to determine what was wrong with her. Luckily my sister referred me to Dr Coiner. Dr Coiner and the staff showed so concern and care for Tinker, something that’s been lacking for years. Tinker will most definitely be getting her care from Stones River!
