The cost is not very economical and I find it to be on the very high side. For two dogs to have their basic yearly exams (no health issues/concerns), cati injection and heart worm test/meds it was over $1,000! I just might have to try and find a cheaper alternative

Everyone is so helpful, nice, and friendly at Stones River Vets. The facility is clean and well taken care of. No matter how many times I call about our dog (who is having some issues) they are patient and interested. The call back time is quick. I have never had to wait very long to be seen (which is wonderful). I would recommend them to anyone who has pets that they love, and who they want to receive the best care possible.

Appreciated thorough explanation of treatment options and timelines, expectations, and projected costs. Glad to have rec d copies of ClinLabs, xrays, and intra-operative enterotomy photos (inquiring minds want to know). Good post-op follow-up (altho one expected phone call was not forthcoming). Front desk staff, vet techs and vets easy/pleasant to work with.

I was frustrated upon arrival due to someone walking in after me and being taken care of before me. Then, when the technician was working my pet up, every service was “procedure or service: it will be this much money.” While I understand and appreciate being transparent of costs, the way my visit made me feel like we were all transactional and it was all about the money and not about what the service is or does, why it is important for the health of my pet or maybe a why it’s better option for my pet and worth the cost. I will say we’ve been coming there for many years and this is the first time I’ve felt this way.
