Everyone was absolutely wonderful; very attentive; very patient with all our questions on our new kitten; kind and loving; couldn t have had a better doctor visit. We have always had only the best of care with Stones River Veterinary, especially Dr. Tepp, and all the technicians are very knowledgeable and kind and caring. The receptionists, as well. We are in good hands!

I was running SO late for my dog s booster shot appointment. The receptionist was so nice and told me to come on anyway! I got there 8 minutes before close and they had me in and out in 5 minutes! So very grateful for your understanding, care, and speed!

We ve been seeing the vets and staff at Stones River since we found Meatball last year. In that time, Dr. Coiner and the staff taken our boy from a crusty, super sick kitten to the healthy sweet boy we love today. They also were incredibly supportive when we lost our big boy, Sebastian to cancer suddenly. I cannot imagine what that would have been without Nicole and Dr Jennings. I cannot say enough about everyone here. From happy visits talking about progress to the days you wished never came, they have supported us through it all.

SRV is the best vet hospital we have ever used. Everyone is top-notch. Friendly, efficient, organized and loving. I always ask that my receipt be emailed to me and before I even make it home it s there in my inbox. Very impressed with them. We moved here from CA and it is like night and day!!

First time I ve ever been there when the exam room was not clean. I sat down on the bench and put my hand in pee. Also, the room smelled terrible to the point I was getting nauseous. I realize it was late afternoon, but it should have been checked and deodorized. I m just glad I didn t sit in anything. Otherwise, everything else was great.
