There needs to be a better way to pay for expensive treatments over 500.00. Having to pay high amounts of interest only add to an already expensive bill. I love your doctors and facilities but you are also the most expensive doctors out there.

The staff at Stone s River Veterinary Hospital have always been kind, attentive, and understanding about our pets. I ve never felt as though any staff member has ever taken my pet to perform a procedure or administer treatment without my full understanding of both the treatment and its cost. Thank you.

Dr Coiner and staff were great. I was there because my Tinker was very sick and I couldn’t get her an appointment with her normal vet, had taken her to Blue Pearl in Franklin and was dissatisfied because they didn’t try to determine what was wrong with her. Luckily my sister referred me to Dr Coiner. Dr Coiner and the staff showed so concern and care for Tinker, something that’s been lacking for years. Tinker will most definitely be getting her care from Stones River!

When I made the appointment I was never informed that the policy had changed that my dog would need an exam in order to get nails trimmed and a rabies shot. I had to pay more money than I expected and they didn t even offer any time of discount.

I was impressed with how thorough Nicole and Dr. Coiner were with my dog’s issues. The friendly, professional approach was much appreciated. Both listened very intently and showed genuine care. Front reception was welcoming and knowledgeable.

I called Tuesday for a checkup appt. for my kitty Journey and he was able to be seen Wednesday morning for drop off . The call barely rang once and a bright voice answered the line. When I got there they allowed me to come in and into a room (they weren t too busy) where everything was explained and they asked me what I would like done for him. I m a college student who is financially independent and I shyly let the tech know and without judgement she went through the prices of everything, gave her opinion on what was most to least needed and her recommendations. I cannot for the life of me remember her name but she was fantastic in answering all my questions and even when she called later to let me know he was ready she followed up and answered every question she was unable to when I dropped off. I wish I was not moving. I m highly considering driving the 3 hour drive once a year so my 2 babies can see you. Journeys sister will hopefully be seen next week! Thank you all again.

Very accommodating staff from front desk personnel all the way to Dr. consultation. Stones River is not our usual veterinary care personnel. Because of the urgency of our dog’s situation and regular vet out of town, we chose Stones River because of customer ratings and being so close to our location. I was very impressed with every aspect of our visit from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Stones River veterinary care to anyone based on this visit. Thank you for your concern and assistance at a very trying time for us! ??
