Sometimes the comments staff make regarding services comes off a little harsh/judgmental. For example, if my pet has not been seen at your practice for a couple of years it is possible the pet moved out of town and was receiving these preventative, optional services elsewhere. There have been comments about how LONG OVERDUE a procedure was due to the only record in the office dating from a couple of years back. A different approach when discussing the health of a pet would be nice given that people and their pets relocate and a service that may appear over due in YOUR system is in fact up to date. This is why communication is key and the chance of maintaining an open door policy for discussion of an owner’s pet’s health is diminished when judgement is sensed. Overall, the value and services are worth my loyalty to this clinic while I remain the area.

This was Bella s first time here and we are pleased with the outcome. However, I would like to have met the staff prior to treatment.

We recently had to bring Colton in to get tested for diabetes and you guys were awesome! You guys were patient with us when we needed to figure out our finance situation to take him the hospital and just helped out so much! I can’t express how much I appreciate every single one of you!

Veterinary care does not get any better than this practice. From the doctors, techs, office staff, boarding - all of it, they are incredibly caring and medically excellent.

I HATE not being with my pet. I think we need to move past this & make other arrangements. I know of other vets who let owners come in with pets & people are leaving to go to a vet like that. Also, office visits & prices seem a bit steep lately. I gave a 1 star on facility since I have not seen it for 9 months.

Due to curbside status, I did not enter the facility so cleanliness of office does not apply

Dr. Jennings and her tech Adam are simply the best. They are patient, kind and very thorough, even though they have to deal with my calico Wednesday. She gives them real attitude when she has to make a visit. They truly care about their 4 legged patients. ??

Was unable to view the inside of the facility due to Covid restrictions. But I m glad the doc was able to view my dog and that they were able to work with his anxiety.
