this was the first time our kitten Cloud had been to visit you, but he d had all of his shots elsewhere. I wish I would ve been called when those shot records could not be located as i could have brought in paper copies. Instead, he received a second round of vaccinations and we were charged another $90 for them.

I know we had a lot to do to my dog, but I was not expecting that big of a bill! This was just a well visit. Do I get my 5 paws?

I love the fact that despite this being our first time her that the desk staff immediately said This must be Asgard as we entered. It shows that they were looking ahead and not just handling the desk. I also felt that the tech and vet spent a decent amount of time getting to know my pet and I, and never made me feel like they were in a hurry to get to the next room.

The Doctor explained the surgery, and what to do afterwards to make your pet he ll comfortably.All the staff members are very nice and helpful. Thank you for caring.

Kristen at the front desk is always professional and very caring. She worked hard to get our baby girl seen when she was sick. The phones ring off the hook and people coming and going and she is still very compassionate as she is juggling it all. Then the Vet Tech Nicole is amazing to. She has such a love for animals. She seen our Annabelle was in pain and scared and immediately started to comfort her. I have seen Dr. Millet and Dr. Jennings and both of them are so very informative and very caring. I drive a hour one way to come there and will definitely continue to make that drive to receive such great care for our sweet fur babies. Thank you all at Stones River Vet!!

This was just a quick appointment for a CADI shot so in and out pretty quick, but facility is always clean and staff always friendly and helpful.
