Very accommodating staff from front desk personnel all the way to Dr. consultation. Stones River is not our usual veterinary care personnel. Because of the urgency of our dog’s situation and regular vet out of town, we chose Stones River because of customer ratings and being so close to our location. I was very impressed with every aspect of our visit from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Stones River veterinary care to anyone based on this visit. Thank you for your concern and assistance at a very trying time for us! ??

Very impressed with the young lady at the front desk. I’m a new puppy owner and couldn’t get in for a couple of days but had questions about ticks. I called asking questions she was very nice, took her time explaining how to remove them and what product to use for a bath.

Absolutely love this vet office! My poor cat had an emergency and needed to be seen right away and Stones River was the only vet office willing to see him that day! They took very good care of him and not to mention showed true concern! Thank you Stones River he is on the mend and doing alot better!

I greatly appreciated one of the staff members taking the time to give my baby a bath and cut her nails. The staff has always taken the best care of her...since she was a puppy. I ve never had a dog that fussed when we passed the vets office because we didn t stop...but she does every single time!

Amber and Dr. Millet were wonderful! They were both so kind and took our Lulu s timid nature into account when deciding how to do her bloodwork. It was extremely reassuring that Dr. Millet understands epilepsy and we just felt at ease right away. Thank you!

The vet tech, Tracy, was extremely friendly. Our vet, Dr. Kepp(?), took the time to get to know us and gave some great helpful tips about hiking around the area. Over all, great experience!
