I look forward to in person vet visits as we have a new puppy and we are new to the practice. Getting to know your veterinarian and they you is an important part of the relationship and one I expect to be very positive. And it is easier to ask questions and observe how to check for puppy health when you are directly and actively engaged.

Great service and could tell staff loves animals and their jobs. Really appreciate the time taken to explain finding and how to treat.

They took my dog away to do a fecal exam and when they came back, he had been vaccinated and examined. Very efficient. But I didn’t get asked about what I wanted. 3 year shots and 6 month shots. What shots were what? I have my receipt, but no one asked me. The vet and the tech were very nice, but I would have preferred to be present for the exam.

Folks have been great each visit. Prices just seem so high.

We have been taking our dog here for a year. We are very pleased and we will continue to trust them with the care of our precious pet.

For the amount charged, $533 for both dogs....I am a single parent so I ve got to find a more affordable care option for our dogs. Heartworm prevention and two scripts and still have to buy benadryl.

Not sure why I’m still required to wait in my car when every other service business is operating normally. Not a fan of sitting in my car for 45 minutes with the engine running to keep the ac going.

I love that yall are open on Saturdays. The staff is always fantastic. I would like to say that the pricing is to expensive, which is why we take our doods elsewhere for routine care or sick visits. The only thing that yall Trump the other vet on is being open on Saturdays.

Please have in person visits. There is a large issue with over the phone. Please go back to in person visits. If I wanted an anonymous doctor then I expect to pay far less.

Everything was wonderful - from the young lady that took him from the car and brought him back to the communications via telephone while he was inside, even email recommendations of a supplement he needed to be on. Thrilled with our first visit here

Everyone is always couteous. We never have to wait long. Our pets love you. Blanca cries wanting to go in as soon as she knows where she is.
