Your wait times in the lobby are unacceptably long. It feels like you are unprepared for my arrival even if I make an appointment. What should be a 30-minute appointment turns into 90 minutes or more because of unexplained delays. During that time your employees seem unconcerned at the slow pace. Completely unconcerned which I read as disrespectful. This is my only complaint. Other than this all of our experiences have been amazingly positive. I wouldn t take my dogs anywhere else. However, I am amazed at the lack of urgency in your staff. If I am sitting in your lobby I am not working. If I am not working I am not making money to pay you to take care of my dogs. We HAVE used your services since you opened and this problem has gotten worse over time. Thanks hAVE A GREAT DAY.

I had a potentially urgent matter with my cat, and my normal vet was too busy to take him. You went out of your way to accommodate us, and now I have moved our 3 cats to your office. Thank you.

I found the cost of services higher than our previous vet. I felt as some services that were not wanted were pushed a little on me. This might have just been due to talking over then phone and not in person. Strange times.

I have been to vets that post a summary of instructions on the invoice. I would love if this is something you could start doing. It helps keep all information in the same place.

My experience with Stone s River was pleasant. My Yorkie needed to be seen, it was a Friday and I didn t want her to suffer over the weekend. They immediately scheduled her to be seen. The staff and vet were wonderful with her. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Instructions to call when you arrive were not clear and it caused me to have to wait longer than expected. When having to sit in the car and run through gas, be sure and let the patrons know and plan according. I always love your staff and they always go crazy over my Beamer.

Everyone at your facility was helpful and so accommodating. They came to the car and got my dog and stayed in touch with me throughout his checkup. Very professional and very caring. Thank for making his appointment a success.

Absolutely LOVE Dr Jennings and staff. Called to schedule an appointment. Dr Jennings was busy with surgeries throughout the day. She still saw our dog between the surgeries to help her feel better. Turned out she had a raging UTI. Thank you Dr Jennings!

Stones River Veterinary Hospital has such the sweetest and nicest staff i have ever met. When we had to put my older beagle down your staff was so nice and respectful with us and giving us time to grieve. And just recently when we had our newest addition and her check up your staff was still very sweet definitely worth going back.

I am grateful for Holly, as my cat, Oreo, insists on her helping when he comes in for a check-up! She so speaks Cat ! Front desk excellent, always so helpful and caring!
