I was not accustomed to the curbside service, but it was actually quite convenient.

The attention by the staff and the doctor was absolutely wonderful! I am changing vets based on my fantastic experience with Stones River. As I sat in my car and waited for them to come and get my pet, I watched EVERY single dog wagging its tail as they were led into the lobby. Now, that’s the sign of a wonderful vet when even the animals are happy to come!!

Fantastic! Couldn’t be more pleased. We have a 16 year old Shit-zu and previous vet wanted to put her down for high pressures in her eyes. Brought Cleo here for cough issue and found out her eye was treatable. Needless to say, so pleased. I will definitely be recommending Stone River

According to comparisons with other veterinary clinics, prices are quite a bit higher. It is a wonderful facility; however, it is very pricey.

I wish the staff would have talked with myself and my pet longer outside since it was our very first time at this vet in a new state and we couldn’t go in. It was a little sad sending in my pet without ever being there and she had to get shots.

My dog was well cared for, my conversation with the vet was informative and personal and the printed information sheets and receipts were timely and helpful. This was my first visit, and despite all the restrictions we all had, I was very impressed. Thanks.

Your wait times in the lobby are unacceptably long. It feels like you are unprepared for my arrival even if I make an appointment. What should be a 30-minute appointment turns into 90 minutes or more because of unexplained delays. During that time your employees seem unconcerned at the slow pace. Completely unconcerned which I read as disrespectful. This is my only complaint. Other than this all of our experiences have been amazingly positive. I wouldn t take my dogs anywhere else. However, I am amazed at the lack of urgency in your staff. If I am sitting in your lobby I am not working. If I am not working I am not making money to pay you to take care of my dogs. We HAVE used your services since you opened and this problem has gotten worse over time. Thanks hAVE A GREAT DAY.
