I was told one price quote and ended up paying $100 more without anyone advising me first. Otherwise they were very good and personable. The vet did find my cat was very sick and why and explained above and beyond...

Seeing as I did not get to go inside, I gave a 3 state rating for cleanliness. But the outside was well maintained. I love how friendly the staff is and am glad that I chose this establishment to bring my pet to. I was also recommended to by family.

I really like to be with my Pip during the appointment, so it was difficult to not be there with her. BUT I also understand the precautions, and especially with some not following mask and distancing guidlelines.

I really don t like surveys. I always say the same things about Stone River Vets, so the survey is nothing but an advertising tool. My opinion of clean facilities does matter since I can go in and see them.

I was quoted a certain amount and the total was about $100 more than what I had been told. It would have been better if we could have worn a mask inside to talk with the vet directly.

Receptionist was not at all professional or friendly. As a new client, I was not informed that I would Have to wait in my vehicle for the appointment. When I expressed my concern on arrival, I was asked “do you want to keep your appointment?” There was no empathy or apology. The young lady who came to get Dobby then attempted to drag her across the parking lot with a slip leash. Unacceptable!!! Once inside, the technician, who called and later returned Dobby to me, was very nice and informative. The veterinarian was also nice, informative, respectful, and answered all of my questions. To be frank, it it was not for my experience with the second two ladies, we would absolutely not be returning!!! However, I understand that sometimes people have bad days and we are going to see how our follow up appointment goes.

Staff was so nice and efficient. They were very informative and answered all my questions on the care of my adopted rescued kitten. It was disappointing that I couldn’t go in with her but I have no doubt that they took great care of her. Thank you!
