Having nail trims w/dremel go from $24 to $35 per dog (for dogs who are not problematic) is more than I can afford going forward. I understand prices have to go up, but that is very close to a 50% increase for a service that takes minimal time and doesn t require a doctor. Both dogs were in and out in <15 min. I appreciate the quality care my dogs have received at Stone s River and the staff is fantastic, but they need nail trims every 4-6 weeks and I do not want to sacrifice the quality of food I they receive in order to spend $70+/month on nail trims. Thanks.

I did have an issue with one of the front desk employees. I was able to speak with the office manager who assured me the issue would not happen again. I have to say, if it does I’ll be looking for a new vet office.

We just LOVE the veterinarians and staff here. They’ve known all of our pets and grieved the loss of our sweet Gus with us. They have ALL welcomed our new Morty as a new member of the family and we couldn’t be happier!! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We were supposed to be notified within 10 minutes about the fecal test results. We still haven t been notified. Was it ok? Any issues? We would really like to know.
