Everyone was very friendly. They explained everything made sure I was comfortable and confident with my new puppy if he needed anything they would be able to help me find training that he will need. Made sure he was healthy. This vet office and staff are great and very clean I would refer this office to everyone.

Hands down the cleanest and most welcoming vet office I have ever walked into.

Murphy is so expensive to maintain his health

Im absolutely in LOVE with my puppy s Veterinary clinic They Have some of the best employees from the ladies at the front desk, to the tech, and Dr. Just an awesome visit every time we have to go. The biggest issue is finances. I have had to go somewhere else for his shots because the price just wasnt a little cheaper it was 10xs cheaper. I would be more inclined to Bring in Romeo if some things were lowered. I will say the man I talked to about my dogs neutering appointment was very awesome in that he was point blank on my time frame and gave Me several insurance pamphlets. So at least its a Start. Aside from the cost i am ecstatic about my last visit to Stones River. Keep up the great work!!

The staff was great!

Yes i have been coming here since feb every time been good but I had Rachel this time she is the best so knowledgeable and helpful I truly truly was please and will request her to do Libby anal glands every time she has so much patients and was just awesome

The staff are amazing. They are very kind, caring and love my dogs. I am grateful to Dr. Bailey, she’s absolutely awesome. She really takes the time to make sure we are comfortable with instructions and what to expect. The way that the staff even called the day after our dog a Roxy had surgery to check on her is priceless. I can’t say how much we appreciate all the staff and how much they care. From routine visits to surgery they always care and take the time to show it.

Thank you for taking good care of Chai for her dental surgery. I really appreciate that the staff took time to explain and to update the progress.

We have always had a great experience since we started coming to Stones River. Our last visit was fine until we got home.. we had it scheduled to have Roxie’s nails trimmed and they were trimmed but they look like they were done with a jagged scissor.. her nails are rough and very badly done. We do appreciate the service but this was not done right. We are planning on calling in the morning and to speak with the staff. Other than that we love coming there. Staff is friendly and very good with Roxie.

We were impressed when we walked in the door. It was very clean and the receptionist, Abby, was friendly and greeted us promptly. Josh and Dr Bailey was very patient with Prince. We adopted him when he was 10 years old, now 13. He has become very protective of us, but the staff were kind and very good with him. Dr Bailey addressed all our concerns and will be following up on his care. Thank you so much.

Always a good experience

As you know, we just lost our beloved Katie and the staff was very supportive and helpful during that stressful time. In our opinion, they could not have been more sympathetic and helpful, especially vet tech Jodi and Dr. Tepp. Thank you all.
