The staff at Stones River is top notch. They are informative and answer all your questions. The care we received for our fur buddy was outstanding and you can tell they love animals!!

I have always been very pleased with the care you give Daisy. I know the staff truly cares for the animals and I never worry about my dog when I leave her in your care. I know she is safe in your hands and I truly appreciate each and everyone of you!!

I will only bring my dogs to see Dr. Jennings or Dr. Tepp. They know how to keep my dog engaged and not fearful. Their assistants and nurses who normally work with them do an excellent job with my pups. Coming to to see a new provider is stressful for both animal and owner. Love the staff regardless.

I have to say it was the best visit with a vet I ve ever had. I moved here from California and the office here was just awesome, they took their time to get the complete history of my dogs and also reached out to their prior vet to get their records.

Unfortunately I wasn’t really impressed with the tech who assisted us. He didn’t introduce himself, was abrupt when taking the history, was not especially thorough and made an unusual comment regarding one of my cats being overweight which he has never been. In fact both my cats have struggled to gain weight due to their previous owner and the poor conditions from which they came. I also feel the fees are a bit high for the limited exam provided especially given the doctor did not further inquire about their history. The appointment overall rates as average and not what I’m accustomed to when visiting a vet.

Very happy with my visit! In the past at my old vet I would wait forever and then be rushed when I’m seeing the vet. I was brought back within 5 minutes and didn’t seemed rushed at all with the vet or the vet tech. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Abby is SO AWESOME at front desk and we LOVE Dr. Tepp! The best vet ever! Everyone is so good to my PugBoys Scout & Hank!

Sometime the front desk staff seem uninterested and unfriendly.

Dr. Tepp was very good with my cat. She listened to me and did not try to convince me to do something that I was not ready to commit too.

Staff was wonderful with explanations and answering my questions. I did have one issue. Instructions were given to me, feed canned food as stated on can. When I got home, the can stated follow vet advice. I followed what my dog was telling me, but wished I would have known what Dr. Wanted before leaving on a Saturday afternoon. Other than that, we will be back. Ty

Dr. Jensen and the Vet Tech staff were amazing. Very nice and explained everything very well.

Vet Tech was great and very thorough. Had a great rapport with dog. Vet was only in there for one minute and being charged $58 for a checkup which consisted of listening to his heart and looking at ears seems really high. Felt like we got more from the vet tech than the vet.

The staff was very helpful, patient and kind through the loss of our baby (Susie). I can t thank them enough for everything. The ladies up front are always very polite and helpful when I call and the doctors and techs are great.

I really appreciate you getting my girl in so quickly and getting her stable enough to get her at a point where we could get her somewhere else for further valuation for the evening. At one point I didn’t think she would make it and she is spunkier than ever now!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building....all areas I visited were clean, and no odors present...which is often hard to control with animals. The nurse and vet were very understanding and thorough in explaining all our options. Sasha will be back!

Everyone was very friendly. They explained everything made sure I was comfortable and confident with my new puppy if he needed anything they would be able to help me find training that he will need. Made sure he was healthy. This vet office and staff are great and very clean I would refer this office to everyone.

Hands down the cleanest and most welcoming vet office I have ever walked into.
