It was our first time here and everyone was so nice and friendly. They made sure my dog wasn’t stressed and was a great experience.

Getting told that in office labs were more expensive than out of office labs didn’t sound right. Also that you can’t do as much in house and that it might have to be sent out anyways didn’t add up. Worked in a ER for years and in house was always better for us. We already paid for the people and equipment so getting used or not we still had to pay for them. I just didn’t understand that part, wish it was explained better.

We really like our nurse/tech Nicole. We found her personable and liked that she could answer our nerdy questions in depth. Dr. Castillo was low key and laid back which we liked as well given that we were very concerned about the Ehrlichia. We were with our vet in Florida for 13 years and our pets have had some considerable health issues over the years (meningiomas treated in conjunction with the NIH, stifle repairs, cat glaucoma, cat PU), so we really want to develop a partnership with our vet team who are top notch in their fields, well read in the current literature and kind.

great to deal with

I can not afford to bring my pets to Stones River Vet. The costs have at minimum tripled in the last 3 years.

Dr. Coiner is the most compassionate and caring doctor of veterinary medicine that I have ever had the pleasure to meet the needs of my beloved pets. I would highly recommend her and the kind staff at Stones River Veterinary Clinic to anyone. Thank you for everything you have done for my sweet Girl.
