Always a good visit, front desk knows us and always a nice welcome. Great doctors who spend as much time as is needed to discuss, review and prescribe.

It was a little warm in the exam room. Otherwise I was really pleased with our visit!

great to deal with

I can not afford to bring my pets to Stones River Vet. The costs have at minimum tripled in the last 3 years.

Dr. Coiner is the most compassionate and caring doctor of veterinary medicine that I have ever had the pleasure to meet the needs of my beloved pets. I would highly recommend her and the kind staff at Stones River Veterinary Clinic to anyone. Thank you for everything you have done for my sweet Girl.

Needed a drop-off to check my cat s eye and to discuss her itch problem and they said to bring her right on in....no problem....and the doctor called and explained what was going on with her. As always, everyone extremely friendly, kind and knowledgeable. We are extremely pleased with the care Stones River Veterinarian s given to our dear pets. Many thanks!

It was our first visit and everything was great. The MA was so kind and the doctor was very nice also, and made sure all our questions were answered while we were there.

Always the best welcome and the team goes beyond to help to get us in for a visit. Such an amazing staff. The care they give our furry children is beyond love. I adore the entire team.

Dr Coiner and Dr Jennings did great with Kate. I wanted to also say thank you to all the amazing assisant and techs that helped with pulling blood and helping drain her hematoma. We also love the girls up front. ??

The entire staff was so knowledgeable , nice, and explained everything well.

I always appreciate the service my dog and I receive there. Dr. Jennings is my favorite Vet...such a kind spirit and polite. The only thing I could not give 5 stars to would be the fees. I came from west Tennessee where the fees were half of what Stones River charges. So this is a difficult adjustment. e.g., another nearby office quoted me over $600 to clean my dogs teeth. I took him back to west Tennessee and had it done for a little over $200. I understand it s middle Tennessee fees and like many retailers you can charge whatever you want, and people just pay it. I just think it s wrong and wish service providers were more sensitive to the publics financial stressors. Of course, we love our pets and we will pay to get them treatment they need, and that s where we feel taken advantage of by the provider.

Every time I’ve been at the office it was nice, clean and everyone was very nice and kind!
