I always feel like the techs and docs genuinely love Alpharius and I am always so grate

The receptionists, techs and vet were so kind and loved on my dog. He doesn’t love the vet but they tried to help him warm up and he wagged his tail at the end for a short second. They were great communicators and helped me get the best deals on his treatments. I love this vet clinic and will recommend! Thanks for your help with Aussie!

I felt like I was taken advantage of for being a caring person. I brought in a cat that showed up at my house and all I wanted wsd to be sure the cat was safe to be around my cats and I was charged $288. Just ridiculous for topical prevention and two quick tests. I didn t realize until I was home, but for that price, they didn t even clip the cats nails. My regular vet, who couldn t see the cat until Monday which is why we ended up at Stones River, would have charged me $150 and they clip the nails too. I definitely wishes I would have waited to be seen by my regular vet.

I was not expecting to not talk to the vet today. All Gracie’s treatment and examination was done when she was taken back and I was left in the waiting room. I’m not sure I like this system.

The staff is always friendly and caring.They always go above and beyond. Recently I called just prior to closure for an emergency situation. The receptionist recommended I call the emergency vet and provided me with the name and location to a second option in case the wait was too long at the first. I also immediately received both a text and an email of my dogs records in case they were needed. I hadn’t even thought of asking for them. It just confirmed how amazing you guys truly are!

We recently moved back to TN after a short relocation to FL. We’d been with Stones River Vet for around 10 years and the thought of changing vets made us extremely nervous. While we certainly got what we needed from the veterinary staff in FL, we were thankful to be returning to the Stones River team! Every vet, tech, and staff member at your group has always gone above and beyond to help answer our questions and reassure us on any concerns we’ve had about our pups throughout the years. The staff at stones river cried with us the day we had to euthanize our 12 year old miniature poodle, and laughed with us when our newest Bernedoodle howled through her entire appt. Having been a nurse for the last 12 years, I appreciate the relationships you all build with your patients and the phenomenal care you all provide. Thank you all so much for helping us ensure our babies are happy and healthy, it means the world to us.

Your facility, I feel, will be as invaluable to me as Banfield is. Y all are AWESOME!!!

Stones River Veterinary Hospital is absolutely GREAT! Our Goldendoodle has been a patient since we brought him home from the breeder. Having a new puppy can be challenging but rewarding. We have had information and sound advice regarding puppy growth and development, including his stages of care as he has matured, recommended and administered well-care vaccines, and TLC from everyone there. I would recommend SRVH to anyone who asks, Where do you take your dog for his Veterinary care?

I was extremely impressed with the facility, staff, vet assistant, and Dr. Tapp. I am new to the area and this was our first visit with a new vet. Everyone treated my dog Zoey and myself with the utmost attention. Dr. Tapp took extra time to go over alternative medications that my dog is currently taking. I originally wanted to go to another vet because they were closer, but after the service and attention we received at Stones River Vet, I will definitely drive the few extra miles to have my dog under their care.
