The entire staff was so knowledgeable , nice, and explained everything well.

I always appreciate the service my dog and I receive there. Dr. Jennings is my favorite Vet...such a kind spirit and polite. The only thing I could not give 5 stars to would be the fees. I came from west Tennessee where the fees were half of what Stones River charges. So this is a difficult adjustment. e.g., another nearby office quoted me over $600 to clean my dogs teeth. I took him back to west Tennessee and had it done for a little over $200. I understand it s middle Tennessee fees and like many retailers you can charge whatever you want, and people just pay it. I just think it s wrong and wish service providers were more sensitive to the publics financial stressors. Of course, we love our pets and we will pay to get them treatment they need, and that s where we feel taken advantage of by the provider.

Bella went for a procedure, but i was disappointed that i did not see Dr. Coiner before or after the procedure. The tech was very helpful though to answer all my questions.

Each and every member of staff was friendly, professional, and kind. I truly feel they had my best interest at heart and will happily return for any and all future visits.

Thank you all for taking Mimi as quickly as you did. We were alarmed by what had happened to her back paw and we weren t sure if it was an emergency or not. I had accidently pinched her paw two days prior because she was literally underfoot and we weren t aware that she had allergies. Once her paw swelled up it heightened our concern. Thankfully, it was only some type of sting and we now know she definitely has allergies and her paw wasn t broken.Waiting to find out wasn t an option and you all were receptive enough to fit her in despite your hectic schedules. Thank you
