I greatly appreciate the time and patience that Dr. Kolesar takes to answer all my questions. He also is very gentle with my senior Golden Retriever, which is very important as it decreases her anxiety in having procedures completed.

I got there early but was promptly put in a room. They explained that it would still be a bit before we would be seen. I fully expected that. It didn’t seem long at all and we were seen. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were so kind and gentle with my dog. We enjoyed our visit.

I never get talked to much by the vet it always seems like he has other priorities that are more important than my pets. I got charged for a quick exam and he didn t even look at my dog. At least the office staff and vet techs are nice.

I love the treatment my pets get at Northwoods. I brag about the wonderful treatment not only my pets get but the emotional support I get from the staff. I like the way they remember Duke Ivan too.

I enjoy taking my dog to get her nails cut at Northwoods. She is 9 and absolutely hates when we get out the nail clippers. She will not let us and I know that the staff will take great care of her. She s a pain but they do an amazing job to keep her calm and be quick. Thank you!!!
