Really happy with how quickly we were able to get into the office and everyone is very helpful and friendly. Merlin was calm and remained that way throughout his procedures for which I credit the gentle and professional demeanor of both the Dr. and the staff.

I love this facility and I know truly they want the best for my animals. The only things that could be be better is interaction with the vet does seem to be cut short. I would like to be asked if I have any questions after the vet finishes diagnosing my pet but I there are many animals to help so time is tight. I would also suggest more seating in the waiting area for the times the waiting times are a bit longer. Thank you again for being such a trustworthy pet care center.

Dr Kolesar and staff are excellent! They treat you as if you are family. We have been clients with fur babies for 30 years with Dr Kolesar . He has gone above and beyond for us . They are simply the best !!!

We called Northwoods because our dog was ill. They were quick to fit us in and when we got there everyone was welcoming and put us at ease. We could not have asked for better treatment and we felt our baby was treated with the best care and attention. Also, we just moved to the area and they hadn t seen our baby yet. I will not go anywhere else while we live in the area!

My kitten was still sick, they were able to get me in that day! I have NEVER had any issues with getting in if it was an emergency. When I had to have a gecko put down they sent a card and made me feel better. I tell EVERYONE to go here. I work in leasing and when new people move in and has animals I suggest Northwood

The reception staff are always great and friendly, but the vet and the vet assistants always seem in a hurry and annoyed with me. They don t make conversation and I feel like I m bothering them by just being there. My animals are always taken care of, I just wish there was a more welcoming environment.
