The staff at BMA is supportive, friendly and professional from the moment you walk in the door to the time you walk out. Whether your pet is healthy or requires medical attention, they far exceeded my expectations from day one. I m very thankful for the friendships built over the years. Within 3 days my Pitbull had gone from healthy to dying due to a UTI and testicle torsion. Dr. Roberts was the first vet in three days to actually treat my dog and she saved his life. She did so in such a timely manner, without giving me the run around and draining my finances. I am forever grateful for her and the entire team at Belle Meade. By far the best vet office I have ever been to and will make her his primary vet and drive the extra hour just to have him cared for by her and her team. There are good people who do good work for the right reasons and this place is one of them. Thank you so much for all you have done, words can’t describe my appreciation.
