I want you to know how Lettie Thym impressed me today with her professionalism and warmth. She is the kind of employee that Belle Meade Animal Hospital is known for. Not all of your recent front desk young women meet the standards of old --- I have been a BMAH family member for 38 years !!! My first two Jack Russells brought me there in 1986. Lettie meets my high expectations - because you have taught me over the years what quality intelligence and caring can be in an employee at a veterinary office.

We love Belle Meade Animal Hospital. We have been coming for many years. We drive across town with our fur babies—cats and dogs. The care that we receive is worth the trip. When our babies are sick or well, everyone is so kind, friendly, and helpful. We have rarely had to wait over five minutes. Even for an emergency visit.

Dr. Stevens and Sara were WONDERFUL, as were the ladies at the front desk. Our Melvin Tot was injured, and they treated him so well. He normally does NOT respond well to new people, but he responded great to Dr. Stevens and Sara. My sister in law is going to start bringing her furbaby to y all.

Dr. Watkins is terrific - as always!! I really appreciate Belle Meade AH fitting me in on Saturday morning when Martin s was in a difficult spot with undiagnosed glaucoma. Thanks to your help, Martin s pain and squinting was greatly improved hours after starting the Dorzolamide/Timolol eye drops. Thank you!!
