The way that the staff is always accessible for my questions, they understand my worries, and care for my dogs as their own family members... is what gives me so much comfort and trust in their hospital. I love everything about BMAH. Even during this crazy time of COVID, from start to finish, the staff is courteous, caring, helpful, and knowledgable. Dr. Conn always takes time with our pets—2 cats, dog. Asks about how the other pets who are not there are doing. Everyone is gentle and caring. THANKS!!
