We have been going to Belle Meade Animal Hospital for 25 years and have never been disappointed. All the doctors and staff are brilliant and compassionate. They’ve seen us thru puppies and kittens growing into seniors and crossing the rainbow bridge. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

We had to squeeze our Sweet Girl in but couldn t make any of the appointment times work so the amazing staff allowed us to drop her off and pick her up at our convenience. Love, love, love this place!!!

Best Vet Ever!

We felt very safe taking our dog to see the vet. The hand off and pick-up was seamless.

As always, great care at belle Meade animal hospital. Care has not been compromised without being able to come into the clinic.

I want to say we love y’all and since establishing care have moved to the east side of Nashville but continue to bring our pups back because the care they receive it top notch. With that being said, I would have liked a heads up that humans were not allowed to accompany their pups inside, I totally respect and appreciate that you’re taking steps for safety, but a heads up on the phone call about the fact I needed to park outback or that the vet would call me once the exam was complete. I had no idea what was going on when I pulled in or that I should expect a call. I actually missed the call because I have my phone set up to send all unknown numbers to voicemail without ringing. I called back no problem but had I known I would have turned that feature off waiting for the call. It would have been much easier had I been given steps when booking my appointment. I had a lot of anxiety surrounding the appointment because I knew bringing him in would result in a surgery and then the added stress of not knowing how the appointment was handled made it worse. Again, love y’all but communication regarding that would have been very appreciated.

This animal hospital is always so friendly. From the time we were just visitors in this town and had to put down our dog unexpectedly to the regular health and well being of our current sheepdog who isn t the easiest one we have ever had, they make everything so easy and always do it with a smile!

After checking in just prior to my appointment time, I waited outside for over 35 minutes without Chase being taken inside. So I left.

Great staff!!

Did not see doctor. Came in for shots. Because of virus, staff picked up Reylee from car. Staff was great as usual.

The people who came out to greet us and take care of our new kitten were professional, happy, informative and made the visit great! They made us feel confident in the care our kitten received and we will continue to trust our kitty’s medical care to Belle Meade Animal Hospital. We only regret the mask mandates from our mayor that kept us from feeling we were truly getting to know the faces and connecting better with them. Hopefully this will not be the case our next visit.
