I was uncomfortable not being able to accompany my pet during the exam. I wore a mask but was not allowed in. I think the appointment would have been much more effective had I been able to communicate with the doctor in person in real time.

Everything is excellent, would love a shorter lead time on getting drop off & pick ups of pets. One time I waited 20+ minutes when I had a specific appointment time which caused me to be late in other appointments of my day. Understandably it gets busy but once a call is made saying we re in the parking lot to when the dog is picked up from our car should be faster. Thank you for all you do!

This was our first experience with Belle Meade Animal Hospital and it will not be our last. They worked very hard to fit our sick pup in quickly and were so caring and helpful. Everything was explained clearly to me and they knew exactly how to fix his ailment. We needed to switch vets after moving and I think we have now found our new vet :-)
