Ella is a challenge and her claws were long. I understand she had a cut in her foot but I was still surprised that it cost $35 rather than the usual $18 to trim her claws and treat her

I am not sure that my all excellent ratings were recorded but it was all good! Except for the one thing out of your control and that is the builder next door being so horribly inconsiderate of your business! It is a nightmare and the building is too big!
