I am not sure that my all excellent ratings were recorded but it was all good! Except for the one thing out of your control and that is the builder next door being so horribly inconsiderate of your business! It is a nightmare and the building is too big!

We love BMAH and recommend it to all of our friends, however, we were disappointed that no one followed up to see how Willie was doing since the situation seemed serious at the time.

It would have been nice if the vet called to check how our dog was doing. She was quite ill and we were happy with the diagnosis and treatment. But after we left no follow up at all.
