Thank you for asking for feedback! We love BMAH! The lobby could benefit from more space for clients and their animals. As fun as the aquarium is, a bench there or moving some food bags to that space and adding another bench at the end.

I came into the office for a routine bordetella booster for my pup, Albert. After waiting 35 minutes, I finally exclaimed to the younger, blonde headed lady at the front desk what is taking so long? This is worse than going to the pediatrician or the doctor s office. I will admit that I was frustrated and quite possibly had a sharp tone to my voice, but the older lady at the front desk with dark hair responded by saying someone get this asshole out of here. It was at that point, I agreed and said, you re right, I am going to find another vet and get out of here. I then requested all of the records for both of our dogs and left the facility without ever receiving any treatment. While I do appreciate the follow up phone call from Dr. Conn offering to help, I do not appreciate the comment from the lady at the front desk. I cannot be 100% sure, but from your website it appears that Vikki is the one who made the comment that ultimately drove me out the door. Although we were somewhat new to BMAH, I always thought you were the best in town until this visit. Based on my experience and the response from presumably Vikki, I will very likely not come back to this location.

This was our first experience with Belle Meade Animal Hospital, and the Staff, Techs, and Vets were all WONDERFUL! They made the experience extremely pleasant for both my pup, Hank, and me. We look forward to many years with Belle Meade Animal Hospital!

Dr Conn is a fabulous bet. He takes time to have conversations with us and values our lay opinions and observations. His calm demeanor and compassion always puts us at ease no matter the message he must deliver. Vicky is also our very favorite office staff! She is always friendly and patient!!

Everything was top notch! Dr. Milam explained what to expect, and his tech followed through with what to expect. Sofi was admitted as per schedule time and was released at the promised time as well. No complications, I was greeted warmly as usual by the front desk staff!

I am so happy to have found Belle Meade Animal Hospital for my precious cat Jade. You all have been superb in the way you are careful and look at everything regarding her health.
