Dr Edwards did an excellent job of explaining what was going on with our elderly black lab. He gives a good talk, and even though it was a busy Saturday morning, and we didn t have an appointment, he could sense we were concerned and he addressed those concerns in a very kind and thorough manner. The office followed up with a phone call early Monday morning. This is why BMAH has such a good reputation!

I was treated as if I was a family member. I was so impressed with all of the staff who helped me and answered questions that I had. If I am ever in the area,I would definitely come back with my Bolognese, Bailey!! I can say I received outstanding service. I felt as though I knew everyone for a long time. Thanks to all of you. Only issue was that when I took Rx to pharmacy, the weight on the invoice i received at checkout was different than the weight range of the medicine on the prescription. Much confusion until I called BMAH and found out that Dallas weight was not updated on my invoice so I didn t know he had lost weight and needed the lower dose of HeartGuard.

All 7 of my pets have received exceptional care here.

Everyone was so lovely! Dr Edwards took the time to answer all my questions about my new puppy without making me feel silly or rushed! He was so thorough and so kind. The entire staff was! It was a great first visit for us and I am so glad we found them!

Buddy never balks at going to Belle Meade Animal Clinic. The staff is always friendly and professional, and Buddy gets lots of attention as well as great medical care.

Staff was welcoming and they greeted my dog very warmly. Everyone was courteous and the service was top notch. Waiting room and exam room were very clean and Dr. Robinson was great. Would definitely recommend again.

My only complaint from this visit is that it cost almost $40 to express my dog’s anal glands, which is pretty steep.

I always appreciate how the whole staff recognizes me and knows my cat by name. Dr. Edwards staff is the best!

I love this vet office and the consistent high quality of care I receive no matter which vet or vet tech helps me. The ladies at the front desk are always sooo sweet on the phone and in person. I adore everyone that works here. I don’t give any preference of vet when making appointments for my fur babies because I know no matter who treats them they will receive the highest care. They are accommodating, understanding, and have let me schedule many last minute emergency visits and they always find time to see my cats. This vet office is by far the best I’ve been to and I will continue to trust them with my babies as long as I live in Nashville. They truly understand that my cats are part of my family and I know that my cats are part of their family as well :) Thank you Belle Meade Animal Hospital!
