Dr. Chitwood was great with our pet. Our dog loved him. He diagnosed our dog correctly and our dog is healing nicely.

Question 4 only went to 5 stars....my experience is a 10, for sure!

Derik is always so nice and good with my bird when I bring him in even if my bird is having a bad day. I so hope he is keep on staff.

Took their time with my pet and I. Addressed all my concerns. Treated my dog as if she was theirs. Best pet place to go.

I held him and he was fine afterwards. I massaged his L front elbow. I can feel it clicking with passive movement. He has not walked with a limp for the past two days. He hides when I get his pill bottle out.

The only issue we had was a long wait - our appointment was at 4:10 and we didn t see the vet until around 4:50. We do understand that things can get backed up toward the end of the day. Maybe you could let people know by text ahead of time if you are really running behind.

We simply trust & appreciate both drs & all staff. Their innate courtesy shows in all interactions....whether it s on the phone, in well visits, or thru emergencies. We are thankful!

The fact that the Dr squeezed Nellie into his day and removed her mass before the weekend meant a lot. He truly cares! Thank you!

It wouldn’t let me pick a star

I’m caring for two dumped strays while looking for homes. Staff discussed various options for the care & gave me complimentary flow/tick preventative. Thought their pricing for services was quite reasonable
