Services were excellent and staff friendly. On the negative side, there was a noticeable amount of animal hair on the floor.

Both Alli and Dr. R. took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and took me seriously. This was a new dog, and they gave him a thorough look-over and got us started on heartworm and flea and tick preventives. Very considerate, very helpful.

I really enjoyed my first visit here. Everyone was very informative and helpful. What I really liked was it was all about my puppy and they focuses their attention on her.

Excellent is the answer to all seven questions. I m not sure the stars were all excellent.

The only issue I have is that the vet thought my dog had mange when really she s just a hairless breed.

We and our dog are always taken care of.

Love this office. The vets are knowledgeable and explain everything well. I live over an hour away and choose to come see Dr. Chitwood and Dr. Redhege instead of going to the closer vets. I am involved with animal rescue and recommend St. James Vet to adopters. Thank you!

I Greatly appreciate St James Vet Clinic. I have a bird and wish to see one Dr. I was told at the last minute he had an emergency and another would assist us. She did well, I don t like to be shuffled off on someone else with being notified and the Dr. didn t just leave the building so a phone call so I could decide is important to me. I m not sure next time I will stay.

Great service and Dr. For our sick dog, but no information was give to me what to do if she got worse over the weekend. I called your office and there was no Emergency contact for me to dial. Ended up getting hold of the Sullivan Vet. Clinic and was given an emergency number to call. A Dr called back immediately and she is there over the weekend for care
