Apollo & I had an unpleasant vet experience last year so I was looking for a better experience. I must say Mike was very good with Apollo and soon had him calmed and acting his usual loving self. Mike was also patient with me and my questions. Dr. Chitwood was good with Apollo, gave helpful recommendations and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I was pleased with the visit. The bill was a pinch but that was mainly the take-home meds & rebate info was given. It was a good experience & we will return.

It is truly the best Vet experience I have ever had! I was impressed with the attentiveness to our new puppy and the time taken to really make sure he was up to date on all his vaccines. The Vet was so professional and easy to ask questions to, the Vet tech was outstanding and very helpful! I am very confident he will be well take. Care of in a few weeks when getting neutered! Thanks so much for being so wonderful! I really can’t say enough about how great my first experience with you was! P

Took 30 to 45 mins to see Dr, said was behind in charting on previous patients and needed to get caught up. I will understand but that puts us behind as well. Just a thought for consideration

The staff is awesome; they re friendly, they take the time to answer any and all questions, and it s obvious they care about the animals. I feel comfortable trusting them with my pets health.

Our pets have always received wonderful care at the St. James Veterinary Clinic. They have always treated our animals like our family members (which they very much are to us). We ve taken all of our pets here for years and will continue in the future.
