In a world of rising prices, I appreciate your affordable prices so I can get my dogs the care they deserve. And in a world where so many front desk staff members are so busy and sometimes not the nicest for one reason or another, I greatly appreciate your staffs kindness and friendly disposition.

This was Remi’s first nail trim…it went better than I dared to imagine!

Every time I come in with an appointment I have to wait at least 20 min before I even get in to a room. It’s very inconvenient. The staff is always very nice and I like coming here except for that. I’ve waited for 45 minutes before with an appointment. I feel like if you have an appointment then you should be seen within 5-10 minutes of arrival. Otherwise what’s the point of it. I also noticed several people who came in after me got taken care of before me. And one of them I know had the same appointment time because I heard them say it.
