The vet and staff were so friendly and kind. I always dreaded taking my dogs to the vet but my experience here was amazing. I liked how the vet was attentive to the needs of my dogs while also being conscious of how much people are able to pay for the services. This is definitely going to be my new go-to vet clinic.

The staff at Eastmoore animal clinic is wonderful. My three month old golden retriever puppy had an injured foot and they were able to get us in quickly to see a doctor. We felt welcomed and not rushed and will definitely recommend Eastmoor to our friends and family!

I was concerned about my dog and cat feeling insecure, maybe anxious in the new surroundings with new people but staff from the secretaries in the waiting room to the techs and the doctor put all 3 of us at ease very quickly. We were taken back to a room quickly, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Hicks took his time talking with us and didn’t rush at all. It was a great vet trip!

Cost of treatment could be made clearer or at least mentioned before getting to the register. I realize it s not general practice in the medical field, however, more transparency would be appreciated. The vet technician (shorter woman with black hair) was absolutely wonderful. She took time to hear what I had to say without rushing me, explain the medication, how to administer it, and went over what future costs could be if this treatment doesn t work.
