We were taken back to a room quickly, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Hicks took his time talking with us and didn’t rush at all. It was a great vet trip!

Great facility and staff! Our dogs are normally skittish during vet appointments but they immediately warmed up the the vet and vet tech! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this clinic to others!

Snoopy is doing good so far. I’m sure having 5 teeth pulled has taken alot out of him. I’m glad I have pain pills for him. The gals up front are awesome!!!

Cost of treatment could be made clearer or at least mentioned before getting to the register. I realize it s not general practice in the medical field, however, more transparency would be appreciated. The vet technician (shorter woman with black hair) was absolutely wonderful. She took time to hear what I had to say without rushing me, explain the medication, how to administer it, and went over what future costs could be if this treatment doesn t work.

Staff is always friendly and I’ve always been able to get an appointment when needed. This particular time I was under time constraints and they worked me in right away. I highly recommend Eastmoor!
