The wait time was too long. Our apt was at 3:30 and we waited until 4:15 to be put in a room, then another 15 to see the Dr.

Your staff is always so wonderful to our fur kiddos.

Dr. Rogers and his team are wonderful. There is nowhere else I would want my fur kids to go.

I was extremely confused as to why I was scheduled with a doctor I’ve never seen before. I would prefer to see the same doctor I’ve seen for the last 12 years, Dr. Rogers. I don’t know if that was a scheduling issue or what, but please encourage the receptionist to look at the preferred doctor or at least ask which doctor. I was under the assumption I was seeing Dr. Rogers, as we always have. I was expecting my dog’s history to be something we were going to look at, tests, X-rays, etc. from his ER visit. None of that was looked at or even reviewed. What’s the point of a follow-up if that isn’t reviewed? Nothing was explained to me. I had to ask the vet tech about when to give my medication. I have requested to speak with Dr. Rogers to get more information and to set my mind at peace.

Dr Rogers is so good, honest, doesn’t say we need a bunch of meds. Tests etc

Dr Rogers did not address the issue I had with my dog he doesn’t listen to you when you are trying to correct what you said . He’s all about the money and not about the dog!

I don’t have a mouse so I couldn’t click but all 5 stars I appreciate being seen outside as to not spread any germs in this case. I did get worried when a few dogs were brought out to the same area outside that just had surgery and hope they don’t catch the kennel cough. Everybody is so very nice my big dog was nervous but doctor and nurse calmed him, Eve. Outside is very clean thank you for seeing my dog same day. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places.

Very prompt, not much wait time at all. I felt like the vet took time to ask and answer questions and explain everything.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful from check in, to Nihla helping, to Doc Hicks and check out!!

Our Monday appointment was great! Dr. R was wonderful and checked her out completely. Tuesday appointment(s) we’re heart rending. Dr. P. was so kind, calm and understanding. Everyone in the office was so caring and compassionate to myself and my grieving family. They did everything possible to take care of our baby. All I can add is Thank You so very much!

We absolutely love you guys and y’all got our baby in super fast and took great care of her. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and their kindness made a somewhat stressful experience better.

You guys were able to fit us in last minute to ensure that my dog was seen for possible flu. It ended up not being that...thank goodness! Thank you to your great staff and doctor!

Chairs in lobby need to be updated with non fabric chairs. The wait time is too long for a scheduled appointment. Waiting 35-40 minutes with a pet is too long. Once in the room it went quickly and smoothly.

While the services seem a bit higher here than other vets, I am very pleased with the personal interactions and the care the providers show my two girl s (Ellie and Kaia).

It was great we were in and out quickly and everyone was friendly. Only downside was we caught the train heading home . Thank goodness it didn’t stop on the tracks !! Thank you for all you do
