We dropped our dogs off and just a few hours later they were ready for us. The only bummer was one of our dogs got razor burn on her neck that was irritating her for about 4 days, but we applied some rash medication on it and she seems to be just fine now.

I understand the precautions with the virus but its hard to take my very much so loved pet and not be able to go into the facility with her, especially when its the Vets office which stresses her out from the get go. Hopefully this will change in the near future - or at least adjust the office visit cost due to lack of interactive 1:1 contact with staff/Doctor while the pet is present. BUT on the other hand the staff was very professional and services were rendered timely.

Hard to complete fairly as it is curbside service due to COVID-19 - normally my ratings would have been much higher. Test results were also much slower than usual.

Due to the virus we was unable to go inside the building so I can’t say that it was clean or not. This was the first time I used them and I thought the staff was very nice

I know you can t control the fact that we can t enter the building during the times of Covit, but it sure will be nice when we can return to going inside with our pets and actually having a face to face conversation with our vet.

We had a positive experience and as soon as we pulled up staff came out to greet us/check us in. Since my husband made the appointment for our first time puppy, I had no idea we could not go in to the office. I was disappointed in that.

I called and they saw my dog within 30 minutes. They absolutely helped my dog who had an emergency since he was bit by ants. They were caring and my dog is recovering nicely. I highly recommend Plantation Animal Hospital!

This was our first time boarding our puppy in your kennel. Apparently, Zoey played pretty hard and had a few blisters on her paws. I called and we were able to bring her in the same day to get checked. The doctor (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was magnificent! Very friendly and informative! She even gave me a few tips on other matters! We will definitely bring our puppy back again! Thank you!!!
