Very efficient during the quarantine. Love the staff, they are so friendly to me and my dog, Lily!

Normally I get an appointment and get seen in a resonable time, however I requested an appointment online and never heard anything back and was explained that this may have been during the time of turning off the online request. When I called the following week I was in on the same day. I know times are challenging during the pandemic so probably was just because of all the COVID stuff going on. On a brighter note Dr Lacey is always wonderful and all my questions were answered. Great Dr. and will continue to request her when my pets have to be seen. Thank you all for all the great work you do!

The staff and doctor is fantastic, I love dr Lesi, she is wonderful with my cat, Gracie. She takes the Time with explaining things to the owner.

I waited in my car until Chris had a room secured for Darby. One I was in the room though both the tech and Dr. Did not maintain 6’. I know it is a challenge when exchanging a pet but please ask that they stand across the room while discussions take place. Darby is doing much better and I appreciate the quick appt! Stay well!

Those are well selected questions that don t paint the real picture. Costs have gone up significantly while quality of care has gone down. It feels like going to a used car lot with the pitches for additional services. I m definitely looking for a new vet.

PAH is the best!

Plantation Animal Hospital is the most caring and professional veterinary facility I have ever had the opportunity to use in my life. They have boarding services, and help with enrollment in training classes for your extended family of pets. I highly recommend their services and courteous service and staff.

This visit was not as smooth as my previous experiences, I am hoping that it is just the stress of all that is going on with this stupid virus. The staff just did not seem to be on there game

I would like to thank Kris for going out of her way to fit Henry in on a busy Saturday. Noticed his 3rd lid was half over his eye at 9am and she knew an eye problem really could not wait and made it happen!The staff as a whole is the most fabulous group I have ever had the pleasure to entrust my animals with.
