My dog became ill a few days ago. The dog is doing much better thanks to Dr. Fred and Dr. Lisi. Both Doctors were wonderful!!! The Front Desk wasn’t a positive experience at all on the day I came in:( They seemed totally taken aback when I walked in with my dog. I had made prior arrangements in advance with one of the Vets. Their mood at the front desk was one of inconvenience instead of warm and welcoming!

Staff is always very friendly Everyone seems to like their job. I wish the doctors I see were as friendly considerate as your staff

Dr. Fred did an excellent job. He explained everything in a clear and comprehensive manner. He went above and beyond by contacting a groomer to set an appointment for our dog. This is the best practice that we have patronized during my 60 years as a pet owner.

When you call for a specific type of appointment (repro related) it would be best to schedule you with the repro vet specialist and not waste valuable resources (semen) to not obtain the needed information. I am now left with an uneasy feeling when the dog needs collected and semen being shipped that it will be able to be done and I will have to travel more than 3 hrs away
