I was once again very pleased with the care my pet received. My pet was scheduled for a tech only vaccine appointment, however when I asked about a concern with his ears Dr. Brockway came in to check him. I am always pleased with the care and advice given during appointments.

Staff and facility were exceptional. The only disappointment is the the appointment availability.

Easy to get be seen didn t apply because I had an appt. Last month I had to wait to be told to come in so I did the same yesterday. Others came and walked in ahead. I didn t know that rule had changed. Great service for my furbaby!

My neighbor, who is very close to my dog wanted to come in the doctor’s office with me. They are only allowing one person to go into the examining room. For whatever reason you have for this, I think this rule should be changed. The past 3 years she was able to accompany me as she had concerns because she walks my dog snd takes care of him when I go on vacation. In addition, if the CDC does not require masks anymore then you should make it optional if masks are to be worn. Enough is enough. I love the convenience of your location and the care my dog gets, but I was taken aback that my neighbor was not allowed in the room. The room limitation to one person is unsuitable.
