The only negative was the amount of time that elapsed between my first call and finally being able to set up the appointment. I’ve always been pleased with the service and pleasant interactions.

I hope the office will be able to open again soon as I miss the face to face interaction with the staff and doctors. I feel I can ask more questions and get more info about things my cat does when I actually see the doctor. Cookie did fine I just hope she gets over being mad at me.
