Delta Lake Vet staff including Dr. Brockway are wonderful, they are detailed in explaining the pet care and want the best for our animals. They have always accommodated us when our pets needed immediate care, their professionalism is second to none! Thank you for all you all do !!!

Easy to get be seen didn t apply because I had an appt. Last month I had to wait to be told to come in so I did the same yesterday. Others came and walked in ahead. I didn t know that rule had changed. Great service for my furbaby!

My neighbor, who is very close to my dog wanted to come in the doctor’s office with me. They are only allowing one person to go into the examining room. For whatever reason you have for this, I think this rule should be changed. The past 3 years she was able to accompany me as she had concerns because she walks my dog snd takes care of him when I go on vacation. In addition, if the CDC does not require masks anymore then you should make it optional if masks are to be worn. Enough is enough. I love the convenience of your location and the care my dog gets, but I was taken aback that my neighbor was not allowed in the room. The room limitation to one person is unsuitable.

I have tried to click on the excellent star for every question, but it won’t stay as marked. The service is and always has been outstanding. Everyone I have interacted with has been pleasant and kind to me and most importantly to my pet. Thank you all.

I was very concerned when scooter became sick. Doctor Brockway was wonderful in finding the cause and treating him. All staff took great care of scooter when he was hospitalized. Scooter and I are so thankful.

Please review the text messages you send regarding the appointments. It said to text when we arrive for the appt., but the text wasn’t answered. Then I was told we should CALL when we get there, then I was told we should just walk in when we arrive. Very confusing.
