I love LVAH! Our visits are straightforward, quick and easy. Scheduling is flexible especially when we need to reschedule, which is a huge stress relief. The staff is always friendly and helpful and willing to take time to listen and explain information.

I started going to Loudoun Valley because of the reviews I saw online. I live in Sterling and there are plenty of vets right around the corner. But Dolce has always been so comfortable there and has been taken such good care of there. Thank you!!

The staff was rude, specifically the second time that I brought my dog for medical assistance. They definitely need to improve customer service, and they should listen better when the pet owners are providing the symptoms of their pet.
