I started going to Loudoun Valley because of the reviews I saw online. I live in Sterling and there are plenty of vets right around the corner. But Dolce has always been so comfortable there and has been taken such good care of there. Thank you!!

Staff are friendly and caring. Dr Singh is so kind and caring. Truly professional and takes time to thoroughly present all health care options for our pets.

The staff was rude, specifically the second time that I brought my dog for medical assistance. They definitely need to improve customer service, and they should listen better when the pet owners are providing the symptoms of their pet.

I always have had a great experience at Loudoun Valley Animal Hospital. The staff are friendly and efficient, and they are very patient with my dogs and myself. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in this area.

This was our first time at this vet. The apportionment was made over the phone and I shared with them that I was coming to get the Bortadella vaccine along with seeing if this vet was a good one for my puppy. There were no welcome when we came in, no greeting or introduction given by the front desk or doctor when he entered. My daughter and I were completely shocked by the lack of interest and attention given to our puppy. The doctor came in squirted the vaccine in Teddy’s nose , told us to brush his back teeth better and left. We have been to other vets who clearly love their jobs and working with animals, this was not one of them. I came to try this vet out because of the positive online reviews, maybe the staff and doctor were having a bad day but we won’t be back.

Staff helpful and professional. Dr is direct; listens to me, and has always given my dog excellent dianoses and care.
