I would of liked to be present when they gave the shot, did the exam and expressed my dogs glands. They just took my dog to the back room.

Would always recommend HR Animal Clinic. They have been our go to vet for many years.

I have been bringing our dogs to this clinic since we moved to Highlands Ranch almost three years ago. The vets and staff have always been nice, however I have grown increasingly frustrated over the inability to get proper treatment for what I believe to be ear infections for our dogs. Our latest was an issue with red ears in our goldendoodle, The vet treated her with an allergy shot, she still has red and irritated ears three-four weeks later, and I was told it will be an ongoing problem. Our dogs have never received antibiotics for an ear infection at this clinic, and they keep getting “infections”. My frustration lies in the treatment. If it was effective, the dogs wouldn’t keep getting infections?! I wish there could be a better trust between client and vet, rather than charging me EVERY time I go in with our dogs for expensive tests. I am looking for a different clinic, unfortunately. Listen to your clients and trust the caregivers...we know our fur babies.
