Everything was amazing! So so helpful and went above and beyond. You were able to diagnose quickly and were very helpful in trying to refer us to a surgeon and were considered about finding us one we could afford. If you would not have been so awesome that day we would have lost our little girl dog for sure. You all are amazing!!

Front desk staff is warm and friendly. What I find strange is that the vets and their assistants NEVER introduce themselves and tell what their roles are. No visible name tags either. I feel that the hospitality quotient is very important since many of us visit on a once a year basis and, therefore, dont interact with the staff on a regular basis. It would be fun to say something like I am Dr Emily and I am a cat expert. Just a suggestion.

We were disappointed that when we got the bill printout it had our last visit on there which listed are euthanasia of previous dog. It was a difficult day to be back there as that was the last thing we remembered and that just made it harder.

Highlands Ranch Animal Clinic is by far the BEST Animal Clinic there is! We ve been to several Veterinarians/Animal Clinics over the years with our Basset Hounds and I think it s fair to say that NONE of them compare to the absolute perfection that is Highlands Ranch Animal Clinic!

I am very happy with the service at Highlands Ranch Animal Clinic. Vets are very good and techs are very helpful and nice. I like the way they treat my dogs.

I made the appt for Bear to get his 3year distemper shot and get his nails trimmed. I was never told there would be a $60 exam fee. Then 6 mo blood work which I don t understand why he needed that done when he had it less than a year ago. The only thing I did understand he needed was a UA but his bladder was empty so they couldn t do that. Also over charged me for nail trim. Walked out $324 out of pocket and that expectation was not set ahead of time. Said senior exam fee is customary every time I bring him in. Not real happy with this situation. Feel like my cats trusted advisors are just nickel and dimming me. My full blood panel was only $50 but $170 for my cat? Really?

We are visiting here from Oregon and very much appreciated an appointment an hour after I called! Staff was very knowledgeable and took excellent care of out Henry. Thank you very much!

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic ! The doctors and support staff are all so caring and professional . They take their time during your appointment to get to know you and your pet and are thorough in their evaluation and care of your fur baby. They obviously love what they do ??
