It honestly felt very salesy in there. It felt like every 5 seconds there was something new I needed to get done/pay for, and it made me uncomfortable to say I didn t think it was necessary, so I paid for it and sucked it up. It seemed like the staff was more interested in upselling me on add-ons than doing what was necessary for my pet. I honestly won t be returning.

Would like to know beforehand what the price is and what it includes-our billsaid it had a senior examination. I never saw that unless they did it somewhere else.

The staff got us in early because my cat was sick and they were so nice to us and both of my cats. I really appreciate their kindness and hard work!

Everything was great. The only thing that would be nice was if the tech introduced herself to the human client and her role. Not the end of the world but it would make the interaction less awkward.

Vets need to review prices. I have noticed a dramatic increase in the price of shots and services. For example, the leukemia vaccine has gone from 32.50 to 38.00 to 45.00 in just 18 months. I love Dr. Bond but if prices keep going up I might have to look for another vet.

I was able to get an appointment for the day and time I wanted. That was great! Everyone was super friendly. They all were so sweet to my dog and sensitive to his anxiety of being at the vet. I drove about 20 miles to come this clinic.

I very much appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. All my questions were answered. Dr. Bond was great. The only comment I had is that it would be nice if the pet/patient was given their physical exam by the doctor in the exam room where the owners remain. It is nice to see the doctor/patient interaction and would also allow additional time for questions.

I was just a little disappointed I did not get to see Dr. Bond . Linus is not an easy dog being he has many health issues & there are times I would prefer to see the Doctor. Thank you .
