We like all the staff and Dr. s. They always atr super nice to the dogs, they understand the dogs problems and are sympathetic.

I ve never had to wait before. This day, I ended up waiting 30 minutes past the appt time. So while this is a bad thing, it s the first time it has happened, so I m thinking it was just a one off.

There is little they could do to improve really. They are friendly, accommodating, professional, empathetic and care a lot about my dogs. They are honest when something is beyond their ability and make arrangements with other specialists, and over the years we have given them some genuine tests! I recommend Highlands Ranch Animal Clinic to anyone and everyone, and am happy to do so.

As always the care is loving and nurturing. The follow up call completes the treatment plan. It makes us feel that Hank is #1 priority. Thank you as always Celeste Tom Hank xo

We are new to the practice and like the vets and staff. Our biggest complaint is the over sale of extra services. When the tech comes in and recommends and offers a huge amount of tests that have nothing to do with why we are there and before the vet has examined our dogs makes me think that my pets health is not your first priority but charging us for lots of services is. We also had to come back in for a booster and had to pay for another exam from the get. It was a mini exam but with 2 dogs it gets very expensive. I hope this will change because we do like the staff.

The DR. that tool care of my dog was phenomenal! She addressed all my concerns and took the time to explain all the options to help my dog and his skin allergies. The front office and assistants are professional and took care of us. Love this office!

I was never told how much the services were. I already had an idea how much the services were going to cost, so I didn t ask how much is this service? But, it would be nice if the charges were explained so the customer isn t forced to ask. For some odd reason, I get the feeling vetinerary professionals are trained not to volunteer prices and to force customers to ask. This is my experience at all of the places I have been to.

I m glad that the wait time was minimal. Many times it s not.

Thank you for taking care of our new little kitten Phoebe! Your staff was kind and courteous with our family. There was no wait to be seen at our appointment and the nurse was informative with the medicine we had to give at home. We will be coming back again!

Dr. Anders took exceptional care of our aging Lab, and us, as we made the difficult decisions surrounding her care. We are grateful for the care and patience as we went through the process and will continue brining our other dog here.
