Unfortunately the email confirmation I received showed that my appointment was at 9:15 rather than 9:00. I was told I was late when I arrived and that it would be a shorter visit because of this. It may be beneficial to avoid future possible confusion by only sending the time booked rather than the second pets time as the confirmation time. In the end result I did receive the veterinary care I was seeking and did not feel rushed at all. Dr Branden is an amazing vet and very personable and I truly value the information and perspective he provides. Very happy to have him as our vet!

Phone & counter staff are amazing & our Dr. Hrycun was awesome. She gave our Beau the attention & kindness he needed. Prognosis was great & Dr. gave him meds that gave him immediate relief. Great visit, no wonder everyone recommends you guys!

The Vet who cared for my cricket while we are evacuated from NT was PHENOMENAL. She was kind, thoughtful, knowledgable and patient while answering all my questions. I felt heard and I felt cricket was extremely well cared for. If someone was monitoring animals throughout the night I would have trusted him there overnight. Thank you very much!!!
