The entire staff are great people that go out of their way to help. I am very impressed with the facility. Very busy place. The people work well together, are extremely engaged in the task at hand, very helpful, very respectful and always friendly. The waiting time sometimes seems excessive but it s worth it.

I found it unusual when I arrived for my appt on time that there was another stock trailer unloading livestock. I m guessing potentially an emergency but it was a bit annoying to wait. Vet was great. Unfortunately we have to come back as it was too risky to dehorn calves with the fly/ maggot issues that may arise

The best veterinary clinic I’ve ever dealt with very friendly and professional services never no long wait times.

I really like that waiting times for an appointment are not too long of a wait.

Westlock vet clinic is the best! I just wish we weren’t so far away.

As always, vets, assistants and front line staff were amazing. No one seens to cringe when i ask stupid questions either (well, not to my face). I enjoy the large animal care and so appreciate the extra time taken to answer questions, even when it can be heart wrenching. This visit, Dr Brenden took so much time with our highland. Always weird things seem to happen on our farm. Thank you again WVC. I appreciate the extea time taken to follow up with the clinical notes. Btw, Duncan seems to be ok re his horns. April and Barry
