My dog is nervous at the vets office and can be a bit round men. The female vets ha e been wonderful and the techs were great with my girl when she got her nails trimmed!

We had our horses in with I think her name is Dr Lewis, and we were extremely happy with the care they received and the information she provided us as she answered our questions. Also, very appreciative of the male vet that recognized we needed and extra hand while loading and helped us.

Each vet we’ve dealt with is extremely thorough and takes care and caution with Marshall just as I do. It is so good to have people who care and aren’t just trying to see how much money they can get out of you! We just recently had Dr. Patty and she was outstanding! Can’t thank you guys enough!

The staff was very attentive and informative and took the time to explain everything to us thoroughly, pre surgery, post surgery and we even received two phonecalls between surgery! This was our first time at the westlock vet centre and we could not have been more impressed with the entire process. I wish I lived closer so I could make them my permanent vet clinic! Comment: Dr.Mellisa and her assistant came to our farm to trim 3 pot bellies feet. They arrived when they said they would. They were very professional. They were patient and knowledgeable to answer all my questions. Most of all they were very kind to my piggies.

I have used your business for years (horses, dogs, cats). I have been pleased every time. But I have stopped recommending your business to new people because of how busy you become. I do have a gripe about the brand and quality of your dog cones. The last two times the cone has shattered in just a couple hours. I had to drive back into town (an hour round trip)and purchase a more durable cone from a pet store for the same amount of money. I will continue to use your services so long as your prices remain affordable.

They were extremely kind in helping my dog get into the exam room as he was having an off day and for some reason was very scared. The staff and vet was excellent in giving positive reward to hopefully help him not be so scared for his next visit.
