The staff have always been wonderful with us and our animals, even in the past when we had to put our old dog to sleep.

After almost 10 years Westlock is still my preferred vet for all my animals. I always highly recommend. I have never felt that Westlock didn t listen to my concerns or care for my animals wellbeing. I just wish I didn t live so far away from the clinic

We’ve seen Dr. Patty since starting with the clinic two years ago and she’s always been amazing to deal with. I very much appreciate the care and attention she gives to Tucker and me. I was extremely impressed the personal care and attention the staff gave when I came for my dog s surgery. They reassured me that she would be in good hands, and even called me later in the morning to tell me what they found on the X-ray that they had to do. I also was called later in the afternoon once she was out of surgery and gave me an update on her status. I received very excellent and professional care even to the end. I was also impressed by the detailed after care information and education from the staff. Im so impressed by all of the staff and will be using this office in the future for any other care.

Fantastic experience! The girls at the reception were so welcoming and kind. Dr. Susan was incredibly skilled and kind with our animals, even our very nervous and stressed out fosterdog. We appreciate your clinic very much!
