The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and informative. They made sure that I understood the procedure and updated me as soon as it was completed. Dr Taylor was wonderful! She made sure we were very well informed from start to finish when our dog had surgery recently. Her explanations were very clear ( in terms we could actually understand! ) and she took the time to go over all treatment options available. Her phone calls keeping us updated were greatly appreciated. The front end ladies are also so sweet. Good job Westlock Vet Clinic!

We quite enjoyed our experience with the vet we had at our visit. She was extremely thorough and although our one dog showed quite a bit of aggression she was still very positive and caring.

Dr. Brendan came to my average to trim my 3 pet pot belly pigs, he called me before leaving the office to make sure he had what he needed just in case I any other concerns. He arrived in time with his vet student, they were both friendly and informative to me. Dr.Brendan has taken care of my pigs for a few years now. He is always very patient with them and also very kind to them. I am most definitely impressed with Dr.Brendan.

Thank you for keeping me informed regarding how Lily’s surgery went and her post-op care. I also appreciate how I was called and asked for consent prior to additional procedures and charges being carried out.

We are so grateful for the Westlock Veterinary Clinic. They have always taken such good care of our pets and this last appointment was no exception. They accommodate my reactive dog by tailoring everything to her needs as soon as we walk through the door. They go above and beyond every time. Thank you for being so wonderful and accommodating.

I just would like to thank your Grooming people because my cat looks amazing. I’m so thankful and grateful to find someone who can do that for men I will definitely be back every two months and I will return to have him to be shaved again.
