Your staff are always friendly and welcoming! I called because I was going to be 15 min late for our nail trim appt and you were still able to accommodate my arrival which j appreciate. I travel from Athabasca for my dog to see you guys for any concerns and nail trims and will continue to do so for the outstanding service you provide. Thank you!!

I couldn t have ask for better service and care for our sweet Elmer that crossed the rainbow Bridge ?? Everyone was so kind and allowed me to spend as much time with Elmer as I needed. It was our first time here dropping off puppies for their first appointment with mama. The lobby was a little busy but it was the end of day Friday before a long weekend. Everyone was fantastic, the puppies and mother dog were well cared for and the appointment was quick.

I always have a great experience with Sven looking after my horses! The student that was with us was amazing as well! I really enjoyed chatting with her. Thank you for all you guys do!
