We had an equine teeth float done and we were so extremely impressed with the vet. He took time to explain, listen and showed us what to look for and what the horses teeth are doing to cause TMJ. Great experience and very knowledgeable ??

Taylor is wonderful and each of the assistants who helped. Very thorough, compassionate, helpful. I would recommend Westlock vet to anyone with the care Fawn has received. And also helpful with Neo even though his care was minimal, so willing to help.

I greatly appreciate the understanding your staff have to proper acknowledgement of how we value animals. Our dog is not our child, we will not be paying for a $4000 surgery, that being said yes I absolutely appreciate your advice on how to give my dog the best care we can within reason! I also appreciated the recommendation for expensive dog food just until my dog can loose some weight. Every vet I’ve dealt with at the clinic has been very understanding and relatable. You’ve got a great team! You’re an asset to our community!

It’s not easy bringing a pet in need to a clinic. You can feel a great deal of guilt whether you should have done it earlier or if you haven’t been attentive enough to your pets needs. The staff and vet was understanding and never made us feel like we were doing the wrong thing for bringing our pet in for care. The information about procedures and potential cost were very clear from the beginning helping us to accept what was required to bring our pet back to good health. Never did we feel shamed or did we feel pressured into doing the procedure. Just information and a caring attitude. It was extremely appreciated and did not go unnoticed. Thank you

The Neuter day was a great idea and much needed, it definitely looked well received by the line waiting to drop off their feline fellows. I was impressed with the organization of the Westlock Veterinary Team and the Volunteers. I waited in line and was still in and out of the parking lot in just over 10 minutes. Thank you for the great work and valuable service to the community and surrounding area.
